By observing the built-in thermometer in the 20-bar coffee machine, the barista can adjust the temperature of the machine as needed to achieve the ideal coffee brew. This ?pressure gauge espresso machine is so great it has a single cup coffee button 2 cup of coffee button even a steam button with a steam controll knob including the power on/off button also a removable water tank and best part is the stream wand and froth devic amazing 7 piece espresso at a great value and very easy to use with auto shut off and looks great definately worth the value highly recommend.
